~Basket of Love~

I hope you've liked all the different posts about V-Day!  I wanted to share with you my "Basket of Love" and what I did to put it altogether:)

Yes, this is it!  The best part about this basket is that it is truly from the heart and what better gift can you give than that?  In the V-Day Date post, I talked about what it all included and it includes:

Things to include in your "Basket of Love":
-Heart Compliments
-Candy sprinkled on bottom
-Picture of the two you( Instead, my hubby wanted a "Man Cave" Certificate.  So, I bought him that and a frame)
-Beer Mug(not pictured above)
*All of the ones that have links, I used either their templates, or ideas and may have altered them to what I needed*

I had found lots of inspiration from several different sites and I used that to incorporate it into my Basket of Love!  When I first started blogging, I found a site Miss Lovie and her basket filled with 1 year of dates.  I really liked that idea and so I made some of my own templates up and cut and crafted envelopes for them to go along with the V-day theme:) I only included 2 because that's all the time I had.

What's all included in the Date Night envelope!

I made the letter to go along with the date in Microsoft Word templates.  I found the idea for the date and the "Breakfast and Bucket of Balls" from the Dating Divas!  If you are looking for some more neat and fun date ideas, you can also visit Love Actually!  They have all sorts of date night ideas and free templates to put them together:)

The Valentine's Coupon Book, I found a free template from Kind Over Matter.  I printed it out, glued it to some scrapbook paper to make it look pretty,  and added some different ideas for things that I thought the hubby would like!  Ta-daaa!!!

Sparkly Ribbon:)

Add whatever your heart desires for the coupon!

This was a quick and easy project, especially since there was a free template that came with this:)

I wanted to include compliments for my hunny within the basket, at first I found a free template that was like a flyer and I wrote the compliments on there.  The basket needed something extra to give it a little more ump!  Earlier on last week I bought 3D hearts from the Dollar Tree.  There was 7 in one package.  I cut hearts out using my scrapbook paper, taped the hearts together, taped them to the 3D hearts and placed them throughout the basket!

Cute in the basket, right?
The hubby loves Hershey Kisses, and what a better time to give him them than Valentine's Day!  On Love Actually,  there is a free template that says something like: For every Kiss that has this saying you can give me it and you get a kiss from me:)  It's such a simple little thing to include, but it was just too cute to pass up!

The "Man Cave" certificate was included in the basket because we are finishing our basement and he always calls it "The Man Cave", so how fitting is that!  I have to say this gift was probably one of his favs:)

He's super excited:)
All of these things put together make the "Basket of Love" !  So, next year for Valentine's Day if your looking for a heart felt gift make your significant other this as a gift:)

What did you get your significant other for the Big V-Day?
