Raspberry Surprise Cupcakes!!!

A couple days ago I posted about my York Peppermint Cupcakes, and now I'm going to share with you all my Raspberry Surprise Cupcakes!  Let me start off with saying these were my favorite out of the two different cupcakes!!!  The frosting was UN-believably tasty.

Again, I found this recipe off of Pinterest from Your Cup of CakeYou can check out the recipe on that site!  The only thing that I changed to the recipe was that I used light cream cheese, light sour cream, and I added a raspberry to top off the cupcake, otherwise it was all the same.  These cupcakes are moist, sweet, and you won't be able to get enough(not gonna lie!)  They did take a little while to whip together, but they are soo worth the time!
~Delightful~
Here's some snapshots of the process...

Ingredients

Mix it up!!!
After mixing it up, I always like to try a taste of it or two, you know, just to check to see if you didn't miss any of the ingredients!  HaHa!

Add in 1/3 of chocolate batter

I didn't take a pic of this, but spoon 1/3 of vanilla batter on top of the chocolate batter!  This will make a marble cupcake!
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Use a bottle to put on frosting.

You can even add a little sprinkles like the ones below!

Then top with a raspberry and enjoy this yumminess:)
Mmmm...mmm!!!
I even just made a vanilla cupcake and put raspberry icing on it!  Have fun with making these cupcakes!!!
