Chocolate Covered Chips

Just a quick post for today, I wanted to share with you the chocolate covered chips that I made.  I discovered this yummy recipe from Grateful Belly!

They were easy and delicious.  It just takes a little bit of time.  I found in order to add the white chocolate to the chips you need to have an icing bottle to squeeze the white chocolate onto the chips.

My first couple chips I choose to use a spoon to drizzle the white chocolate on the chips.  That didn't work out so well, the white chocolate was uneven and didn't look the best.  So, that's when I whipped out the icing bottles.  I would suggest doing the same thing if you choose to add white chocolate to your chocolate covered chips.

They were delish!

My little helper:)

  1. Have you tried Ben & Jerry's Late Night Snack ice cream? there's potato chips in the ice cream (with chocolate swirled in)... pretty good & gross at the same time!
