Ingredients:
2 cs of flour
3/4 c of packed brown sugar
1/2 c of softened butter
1/2 c of miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 can(14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 lbs of chocolate almond bark
1. In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla. Next, add in flour and alternating it with milk; stir after each addition. Add in the chocolate chips. Roll into 1 inch balls or the size of your liking. Put on wax paper and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
2. On the stove, melt the chocolate almond bark and stir until smooth. Dip the balls into the chocolate until completely covered and place truffle back on the wax paper until hard.
