1 Year:)

Happy Monday!!!  Today is such a great day:)  It is the hubby and I's 1 year anniversary!!!  1 year ago today was the happiest day of my life and I can't wait to celebrate many more years with my wonderful hubby:)  He means everything to me, is my world, and I don't know what I would do without him.  We've been through so much together, whether it be good times or hard times, and we're still madly in love with each other:)  I am so thankful to have him in my life and the life that we have made together!!!  On that note, I wanted to share with you some of our wedding pics from 1 year ago today:)

I will never forget how I felt on the day of our wedding!  I have never been happier:)  I didn't think I could love him anymore than I did on this, but my love grows for him each and everyday:):)  I'm blessed to have this man in my life!!!

As you all know the hubby and I's 1 year anniversary is coming up here on July 9th.  I wanted to get him something that I know that he would love and never forget!  He's a HUGE fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes:)  So, what a better present than hawkeye tickets!!!  I wanted to build a little suspense before I just handed over his tickets, so I bought him Hawkeye related things that would work for the game.

St. Louis Part 2

Hey everyone!!!  Like I said yesterday, I wanted to share lots of pics with you because St. Louis is such a beautiful and fun city.  In this post, I wanted to share with you what I did in order to eat semi-healthy while vacationing.  If it was a perfect world then I wouldn't have gained 1 lb, but the truth is that I did.  I know why, but doing what I did definitely helped me keep off even more weight!

Alright, Rule number 1 (for me) was to eat a salad or something really light for lunch.  So here is one  pic of my salad:):)  I swear I ate more than one salad, I just didn't take anymore pics!

Over the Holiday Week!!!

Hi All!!!  I'm back from our vaca in St. Louis:)  I can say that we had a blast, but we're just glad to be back home!!  We had quite a few ideas planned for this vacation, but since it's been extremely hot out, and even more so in St. Louie, we didn't get to do as much as we wanted:(  Alot of things we planned were outside and it was around 100-103 degrees everyday.

We did however get to check out quite a few things that St. Louis has to offer like:

Soon we will be off to St. Louis for our 1 year anniversary(almost)!  It's hard to believe it's been almost a year!!  Time flies by when your having fun:)  Our true anni is on July 9th, but we're taking it a little bit earlier because that's when we can see the Cardinals play:P

Happy Friday!!!!  I'm so pumped to see Magic Mike tonight!!  I really just can't wait:)  I will definitely post a review about this movie, if you should see it in the theaters or not!

I did a little happy dance today for 2 reasons: 1)  I finished my first Masters class today and I might say that I put ALOT of time and work into that class(I'm soo glad I'm finished for the summer!)  2)  I am down 8.6 lbs, so I can round up to 9 lbs!!!  Woohoo:):):)  I plan on loosing 1 more pound this week before we leave for vacation!  Then I will be down a total of 10 lbs!!!

I have to say I give a lot of credit to loosing this weight to eating things like this:

Happy Hump day All!!!!  Here we are half way through the week...omgoodness!  Where has the time gone?!?!  I can't wait until this weekend because 1)  I will be finished with my Master's class and 2) I get to watch Magic Mike with some amazing friends!!!  You might ask, what's Magic Mike?  I think it will be one of the BEST movies of the year!  I will show you one picture and then you will know what I mean...
