Baked Fish Tacos

So, on Friday, I posted what I wanted to serve for dinner for my family.  I thought that I would share with you the fish recipe first and how it all turned out!  I found the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia from Recipe Center.

For the most part, I would keep that recipe the same except for the Paprika!  The fist was more than a little spicy.  You could almost not eat it because it was soo spicy.

Tilapia Fish Tacos

These are the ingredients that I would use:

3/4 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 Tsp of Paprika
2 Tblsp of chopped flat leaf parsley
1 lb. of Fish
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Then grab a shallow dish such I just used a regular sized bowl and put in the cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
Dry Mixture
Take out the olive oil and sprinkle over the fish and dip the fish in the seasoning.  Drizzle some olive oil on the a cookie sheet and put the fish on the cookie sheet.

All ready to be place in the oven!
Cook the fish until it is flaky, this will take about 12-14 minutes.  If you would like serve with a lemon slice.

All cooked and ready to add to taco!
This recipe was really easy to make!  Just make sure that you either set your fish in the fridge a couple days before you cook it, if it is in the freezer.  That way it will bake perfectly:)
Main Entree:):)

I served the fish with a salad and it was all so good!
Added a little mayo:P
The toppings that I served with the tacos were:
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Cheese
Green onions
Yellow onions
Mayo

I've always been so sacred to try baked fish, but it is really soo good!  This topping for the fish packs a lot of flavor:)  I would suggest this meal for anyone who likes fish, and lives on the wild side(LOL) to just go for it;)

I will definitely be making more of these.  We did find out something on Friday though, that wasn't such good news!  The hubby is allergic to Tilapia fish:(  He seriously took one tiny bite of the fish and got sick!  He will be staying far away from these!

Thanks for stopping by:):):)

Until next time!!!!!!
